We were met promptly at the airport by our driver, Wilson, who made the transfer as smooth as we could have hoped for. Not only was he a great driver, he shared a lot of information with us about the Puno area. I also appreciated the contact via Whatsapp because there was a glitch with the correct pick up day. The Titicaca contact person made the adjustment and also checked in with us prior to our arrival. This company was competitively priced and provided exceptional service.

Além de ser um ótimo motorista, ele compartilhou conosco muitas informações sobre a região de Puno. Também gostei do contato via Whatsapp, pois houve um problema com o dia correto do embarque. A pessoa de contato da Titicaca fez o ajuste e também se informou conosco antes de nossa chegada. A empresa teve um preço competitivo e prestou um serviço excepcional.

Todo el recorrido se organizó muy bien. Me dieron el guía de habla inglesa Juan en Bolivia que era de ascendencia Aymara y estaba bien versado en cultura local, historia y rituales, tradiciones y hierbas locales. Toda mi visita a la Isla del sol y a la iglesia de Copacabana fue impecable. Aprecio enormemente cómo se organizó el recorrido sin problemas desde la recogida del hotel hasta todo y la entrega a mi hotel. Este fue mi primer viaje en solitario y me lo hicieron muy cómodo.

The whole tour was very well organized. I was given the English speaking guide Juan in Bolivia who was of Aymara descent and was well versed in local culture, history and rituals, traditions and local herbs. My entire visit to Isla del sol and the Copacabana church was flawless. I greatly appreciated how the tour was organized seamlessly from hotel pick up to everything and delivery to my hotel. This was my first solo trip and they made it very comfortable for me.

Todo o tour foi muito bem organizado. Na Bolívia, recebi o guia de língua inglesa Juan, que era descendente de aimarás e conhecia bem a cultura, a história, os rituais, as tradições e as ervas locais. Toda a minha visita à Isla del Sol e à igreja de Copacabana foi impecável. Apreciei muito a facilidade com que a excursão foi organizada, desde a coleta no hotel até tudo e a entrega no meu hotel. Essa foi minha primeira viagem solo e eles a tornaram muito confortável.

We had a lovely time! Manuel was our tour guide and he was so informative, responsive and friendly. All the tour guides seemed amazing, but we didn’t have much experience with other groups. Honestly, this trip was an incredible value. It had out of this world views. If you love weaving or textiles in general, you will love meeting all these amazing artisans, and you will love learning about Lake Titicaca. If you are in Puno, and you have time, do yourself a favor and book this trip, you won’t regret it!

Estuve en contacto con Ronald a través de whatsup, él es muy organizado y contestado rápidamente. Nuestro guía era Yeferson. Él es conocedor, habla muy buen inglés y entregó la historia con un buen sentido del humor. Yeferson es una delicia absoluta y no podríamos haber deseado una mejor guía. I booked this tour at the last minute on the Viator site. We thought the tour was excellent value for money. We were picked up at our hotel. I was in contact with Ronald via whatsup, he is very organized and answered quickly. Our guide was Yeferson. He is knowledgeable, speaks very good English and delivered the story with a good sense of humor. Yeferson is an absolute delight and we could not have wished for a better guide. We enjoyed the boat trip to the islands and highly recommend this tour.

Reservei esse passeio de última hora no site da Viator. Achamos que o passeio tinha uma excelente relação custo-benefício. Fomos buscados em nosso hotel. Entrei em contato com Ronald via whatsup, ele é muito organizado e respondeu rapidamente. Nosso guia foi Yeferson. Ele é bem informado, fala inglês muito bem e contou a história com um bom senso de humor. Yeferson é absolutamente encantador e não poderíamos ter desejado um guia melhor. Gran opción para conocer el sur de Perú. Las vistas son increíbles y los guías turísticos son educados y conocedores. En general, se recomienda la experiencia.

Hotel en Chivay era bueno, así como todas las comidas proporcionadas. La cena en Chivay fue divertida con la música y bailes tradicionales. La visita al baño termal fue genial.

Cuidado que no es tan fácil ver volar a los cóndores, solo vimos uno.

Great option to get to know the south of Peru. The views are amazing and the tour guides are polite and knowledgeable. Overall, highly recommend the experience.

Hotel in Chivay was good as well as all meals provided. Dinner in Chivay was fun with traditional music and dancing. The visit to the thermal bath was great.

Beware that it is not so easy to see condors flying, we only saw one.

Ótima opção para você conhecer o sul do Peru. As vistas são incríveis e os guias turísticos são educados e bem informados. No geral, recomendo muito a experiência.

O hotel em Chivay era bom, assim como todas as refeições fornecidas. O jantar em Chivay foi divertido, com música e dança tradicionais. A visita ao banho termal foi ótima.

Cuidado com o fato de que não é tão fácil ver os condores voando, só vimos um.

Visitar estas islas es una experiencia que vale la pena. El guía no sllevó en lancha hasta las islas Uros, donde pudimos conversar con las familias locales y luego dar un paseo en los típicos barcos elaborados con juncos.

Despues continuamos el recorrido por el lago Titicaca hasta Taquile. Allí nos recibieron con música y danzas típicas en un pequeño mercado artesanal. Luego almorzamos y mientras comíamos, el guía nos contó detalles sobre la historia y la cultura del lugar.

Yo elegí hacerlo en lancha rápida, lo cual recomiendo totalmente. Se pueden dejar las pertenencias en la lancha ya ques es la misma embarcación la que acompaña todo el recorrido.

La excursión tenía recojo y devuelta al hotel, así que, en resúmen, un recorrido muy completo y bien organizado ideal para conocer la vida y tradiciones en el lago.

Visiting these islands is a worthwhile experience. The guide took us by boat to the Uros islands, where we could talk with local families and then take a ride on the typical boats made of reeds.

Then we continued the tour of Lake Titicaca to Taquile. There we were welcomed with music and typical dances in a small handicraft market. Then we had lunch and while we ate, the guide told us details about the history and culture of the place.

I chose to do it by speedboat, which I highly recommend. You can leave your belongings in the boat since it is the same boat that accompanies you throughout the tour.

The excursion had pick up and drop off at the hotel, so, in short, a very complete and well organized tour, ideal to learn about life and traditions in the lake.

A visita a essas ilhas é uma experiência que vale a pena. O guia nos levou de barco até as Ilhas Uros, onde pudemos conversar com as famílias locais e depois fazer um passeio nos típicos barcos de junco.

Em seguida, continuamos nossa viagem pelo Lago Titicaca até Taquile. Lá, fomos recebidos com música e danças típicas em um pequeno mercado de artesanato. Em seguida, almoçamos e, enquanto comíamos, o guia nos contou detalhes sobre a história e a cultura do lugar.
