The tour starts at approximately 08:00 a.m. with pick-up from your hotel and ends around 07:00 p.m. We will begin our guided tour of the fascinating Sacred Valley of the Incas, where we will enjoy an impressive panoramic view of the Inca citadel of Pisac and the meandering Vilcanota River. Later, we will visit the traditional Indigenous Market of Pisac, where you will have the opportunity to learn about local customs, interact with the local people and practice typical Andean bargaining.<\/p>\r\n

Then we will head to the town of Urubamba, traveling along the banks of the Vilcanota River, where we will enjoy a delicious lunch. We will continue to the majestic Fortress and Citadel of Ollantaytambo, strategically built to protect the valley from possible invasions. Here we will walk through its ancient streets, discovering its importance as a military, religious and cultural center during the Inca Empire.<\/p>\r\n

On the way back to Cusco we will visit the picturesque village of Chinchero, where the remains of the royal hacienda of Tupac Inca Yupanqui are located. We will admire its imposing Inca wall in the main square and visit its beautiful colonial temple, built on Inca foundations and decorated with interesting frescoes in its portico.<\/p>\r\n
